These are the rules monitors enforce every day on the Main Court.

Know the rule.
Correct the behavior.
Protect the jumper.
1

One Jumper Per Square

Only one guest should be jumping in each trampoline square at a time.

2

No Double Bouncing

Do not affect another jumper’s bounce or jump while someone is still on the bed.

3

No Sitting or Lying Down

Guests may not sit, lie down, or rest on trampoline beds.

4

No Running Across Lanes

Guests should walk on and off the court and stay under control.

5

No Climbing or Hanging

Wall pads, nets, and court boundaries are not climbing areas.

6

Follow Monitor Directions

Guests must follow the Attraction Monitor’s instructions immediately.

Dodgeball Court
Monitoring

On Dodgeball, the Attraction Monitor is also the referee. Watch for safety, enforce the rules, and keep the game fair.

1

Core Safety Rules Still Apply

Dodgeball has game-specific exceptions, but the park's core safety rules remain in effect.

2

Watch For Headshots

Intentional headshots are not permitted and should be addressed immediately.

3

Enforce Rules Fairly

Referee decisions should be consistent and impartial for all players.

4

Keep The Game Moving

Do not allow games to drag on while large groups wait outside the court.

5

Create Fair Matchups

Separate younger guests from older guests when needed for a safer game.

6

Safety Before Competition

The goal is a safe and enjoyable experience, not just determining a winner.

Airbag
Safety

Whether your park uses a Launch Pad or another style of airbag, the monitor controls access and keeps the landing area clear.

1

One Landing Zone. One Guest.

Never allow the next participant to enter until the landing area is completely clear.

2

Safe Landings Only

Guests should land on their back or bottom. Stop head-first dives, unsafe flips, or uncontrolled landings.

3

Clear The Airbag

After landing, guests must exit promptly using the designated exit path.

4

You Decide When It Is Safe

The Attraction Monitor—not the guest—determines when the next jump may begin.

DAY 1 · SLIDE 13

NinjaCourse

Success on the Ninja Course comes from spacing, awareness, and controlled movement.

1

One Guest Per Obstacle

Wait until the previous guest clears an obstacle before entering.

2

No Tricks Or Horseplay

No flips, hanging upside down, pushing, or contact with other guests.

3

Stay Aware

Watch your surroundings, land feet first, and follow the intended course.

4

Monitor Controls The Course

Control spacing, stop unsafe behavior, and ensure everyone follows instructions.

Know YourAttractions

The attractions covered in this course are common across Launch, but every park offers a different combination of experiences. Your hands-on shift is where you learn the attractions at your location.

1

Every Park Is Unique

Your location may offer attractions that are not covered in this online lesson.

2

Learn Every Attraction

During hands-on training, learn the rules, capacity limits, access requirements, and operating procedures for every attraction in your park.

3

Ask Before You Operate

Never guess. Ask your trainer or manager before monitoring an attraction you do not fully understand.

4

Knowledge Protects Guests

The better you know an attraction, the faster you can recognize unsafe behavior and prevent injuries.

Do not monitor an attraction until you understand how to operate it safely.
