Keeps guests away from damaged equipment or unsafe areas
Calls leadership and waits for clearance before reopening the attraction or affected area
Injury Response
Takes all injury reports seriously, including minor-looking injuries
Stops nearby play and clears space around the injured guest
Calls leadership and gives the exact location
Explains that injured guests should not be moved unless directed by leadership or emergency responders
Code Blue
Identifies Code Blue signs, including serious injury or medical emergency indicators
Explains why Code Blue is used instead of describing serious injuries over the radio
Demonstrates a clear Code Blue call using the exact location
Role Boundaries
Explains the monitor’s role: control the scene, communicate, and support leadership
Explains that medical care should only be provided by trained/certified/authorized team members
Hands off the First Aid bag and follows leadership direction during an injury-response scenario
Bodily Fluids / Sanitation
Treats blood, vomit, or other bodily fluids as a closure issue
Stops play and keeps guests away from the affected area
Notifies leadership and waits for cleaning, sanitation, and clearance before reopening
Explains that cleanup should only happen when directed and properly protected
Floor Training Completion
Completes Day 2 floor-training review with trainer
Trainer confirms trainee is ready to return to the Day 2 exam
